Refund Policy

At Vajramma MMA Academy, we strive to provide the best training experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any program.

1. General Policy

• All membership fees paid are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced.
• No refund will be issued for unused sessions within an active membership period.
• Membership fees cannot be transferred to another person.

2. Cancellation Before Start Date

If you wish to cancel your membership before the start date:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of payment — full refund issued
• Cancellation 2–7 days before start — 50% refund issued
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before start — no refund

3. Medical Exceptions

In cases of serious medical conditions or injuries that prevent participation, we may consider a membership freeze or partial credit towards a future membership. A valid medical certificate from a registered doctor is required.

4. Summer Camp / Special Programs

• Kids Boxing Summer Camp fees are non-refundable once the camp has started.
• Cancellations made 7+ days before the camp start date are eligible for a 75% refund.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp starts.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or membership freeze, contact us with your full name, enrollment date, reason for request, and supporting documents (if applicable):

6. Changes to This Policy

Vajramma MMA Academy reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
