By accessing or using the website vajramma.com or enrolling in any program at Vajramma MMA Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Membership & Enrollment

• All memberships are non-transferable and valid only for the registered member.
• Membership fees must be paid in advance before the start of each billing period.
• Vajramma MMA Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, timings, and programs with prior notice.

2. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to maintain respectful behaviour towards coaches, staff, and fellow members. Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

• No sparring without coach supervision
• Proper gym attire must be worn at all times
• Personal hygiene must be maintained
• No recording of other members without consent

3. Health & Safety

Members participate in all training activities at their own risk. You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in martial arts training. Vajramma MMA Academy is not liable for any injury sustained during training.

Members with pre-existing medical conditions must inform coaches before participating in any class.

4. Free Trial Policy

Each individual is entitled to one free trial class only. The free trial is non-transferable and subject to availability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on vajramma.com including text, images, logos, and videos are the property of Vajramma MMA Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vajramma MMA Academy shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in our programs or use of our facilities, beyond what is required by applicable law.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
